The primary objective of the “Amicale de l'INCCI” is to provide assistance and support to INCCI patients and their families before, during and after heart surgery. Wishing to make this support and accompaniment as accessible as possible for patients, the members of its volunteer CAREsharers team are available for in-person and video consultations. To make such video consultations possible, Agence eSanté has made available its eConsult teleconsultation service, which it has adapted to their needs.

In the same spirit of support for heart patients, the Amicale also holds conferences and information sessions. This is why it is organising, on the occasion of "World Heart Day 2022", the conference entitled «La prise en charge de l’arrêt cardiaque : qu’en est-il au Luxembourg ?» (The management of cardiac arrest: what is the situation in Luxembourg?) which will be held on 29 September 2022 at the CHL Amphitheatre. Agence eSanté will also be present with a stand to inform participants about the various eHealth services contributing to the monitoring and coordination of health care, including, among others, the electronic health record, DSP (Dossier de Soins Partagé).
