This is an encrypted messaging service that allows health professionals to exchange health information in a highly secure environment. The transferred message is encrypted and can only be read by the sender and the recipient.

This service, provided by the company Regify and hosted in Luxembourg, has been in place since the installation of the eSanté Platform in 2014, and currently has over 15,000 users.

Any healthcare professional who has activated his or her eSanté Platform account automatically has access to secure messaging from his or her Application Kiosk. The user guide below describes how to access it.

Another service from the same company that is being used by a growing number of healthcare institutions and professionals is the so-called Regibox service. It allows users to collaborate securely and to share and store files online. Regibox has been integrated into three medical practice management software packages and is currently used by 6 laboratories (BioNext, Laboratoires Réunis, Ketterthill, Laboratoire National de Santé, as well as the labs of the Robert Schumann Hospitals and the Centre Hospitalier de Luxembourg) and more than 200 doctors.
