A major step forward in cooperation with healthcare professionals
The Agence eSanté organised a third information meeting to present its digital health services to healthcare professionals
At the meeting, which took place on Wednesday 27 September 2023 at the CAPE (Centre des Arts Pluriels in Ettelbruck), Agency staff presented the electronic health record (DSP), the electronic vaccination record (CVE) and future ePrescription services.
The DSP was highlighted for its ability to facilitate the secure sharing of medical information between healthcare professionals, thereby promoting optimised monitoring and coordination of care. Similarly, the benefits of the CVE were demonstrated, offering patients and healthcare professionals easy access to information about vaccinations. In addition, the Agency shared details of its forthcoming ePrescription service, which aims to simplify and secure the medical prescription process.
The meeting concluded with an interactive question-and-answer session, enabling participants to clarify the technical and operational aspects of the services. Several healthcare professionals also took the opportunity to activate their eSanté account, receiving personalised assistance from a member of our Helpdesk team on hand.
